FT Polk, LA. (June 30, 2020) – LTC Lisbon Williams, Class of 2002, accepted command of the U.S. Army Mission and Installation Contracting Command at FT Polk, LA on June 25th. Prior to taking Command, LTC Williams served as the Director of the International Technology Center – UK, and Interoperability Officer embedded within the UK Ministry of Defense in Whitehall, London and was a part of the Combat Capabilities, Development Command (CCDC), formerly RDECOM Atlantic. 

He served as the principal Army S&T/Acquisition representative for 10 countries in Europe, Africa, and Southwest Asia and is tasked with identifying, evaluating, and communicating emerging technologies and innovative research to provide current and future overmatch capabilities to the warfighter.
