HAMPTON, Va. (Nov. 4, 2019) — The Office of Admission at Hampton University will host the annual Fall Open House on Saturday, Nov. 9, at 9 a.m.
“Our Open House is the perfect opportunity to get an up-close and personal look at Hampton University and experience why we are indeed THE Standard of Excellence,” said Hampton University President Dr. William R. Harvey.
Prospective students and guests will begin the day with a formal welcome session in the University’s Convocation Center from University Administrators and students. The day also includes a campus tour, as well as student and parent panel discussions. An Academic/Student Services Fair hosted in Hampton’s three-story state of the art Student Center with representatives from all academic departments — Residence Life, Freshman Studies, Honors College, Student Financial Aid and other student services departments will round out the day’s activities.
“Fall Open House gives prospective students and parents the time to acquaint themselves with Hampton University’s high level of academics, character building model, outstanding research opportunities, and how we cultivate future global leaders,” said Hampton University Dean of Admission, Angela Boyd.
