The New York City Bar Association Annual LSAT Law School Prep Series Conference is a three-day series designed to help prospective law students gain more insight into the law school admissions process, including the LSAT exam, law school selection, application and life as a law student.  This annual comprehensive three-day workshop for college students and recent graduates provides information on everything from the LSAT through the first year of law school. The program includes LSAT preview classes by leading test prep companies - as well as panels with admissions representatives and law students from regional law schools and culminates with a networking fair. All participants received materials on admissions and financial aid.

Claville encouraged everyone to exercise the principle of success by being a creature of habit and the importance of studying for the LSAT and bar exam with deliberate planning.

"The LSAT is your ticket to a free education,” Claville said. “Study for it like you have never studied before. Likewise, the bar exam provides you with access to a profession that touches every facet of life. It is indeed a great and noble profession to pursue”

The Hampton University Pre-Law Institute (HUPLI) was created and designed to familiarize students with a broad range of areas in the law.  By using a case law approach, students are taught key legal principles.  Through experience and exposure to the legal community and scholarship students are provided a solid foundation they can use in deciding the best law school and legal career for them. HUPLI has seen exceptional growth and accomplishments since its inception. HULPI has over 100 current students on the pre-law tract and have graduated over 100 students as fellows and scholars. In the last 3 years, those students that have gone on to law school received over $3.5 million in law school scholarships.
